#202: Can carnivores save public health - and the planet?

In the 2nd episode of Season 2, Rebecca chats with Carnivore Snax Founder Sylvia Tabor about the back-to-basics regenerative farming trend, and its potential to revolutionize our meat consumption.

In this episode, Carnivore Snax Founder Sylvia Tabor discusses the benefits of sourcing meat from regenerative farms - and what, exactly, makes a farm “regenerative” in the first place.

For example, does regenerative farming mean the meat is grass fed? (Hint: grass doesn't grow during winter in the Midwest...)

She also talks about the environmental impact of regenerative farming vs. industrial farming. And the big question...can it be scaled up? Could McDonald's hamburgers in the future come from regenerative farms? And in the meantime, where should we be getting the meat we feed our families?  Tabor says the best meat doesn’t have to break the bank - but can save our waistlines, and ultimately, even the planet.
